Creativity in ordinary cases

Early in my career, I always wondered why so many companies have such a dry approach to surveying. Take the same car brands when you come to an exhibition and the cutest girl with a Madonna smile asks you to fill in several uninteresting fields. But after all, you can approach the issue much more interestingly, which I tried to implement in a similar task.

To begin with, I wanted to make the content more visual and attractive. Therefore, I have illustrated each of the steps of the questionnaire accordingly. So that the meaning of the question does not diverge from the visual part.

At the same time, where possible, I tried to integrate interactive mechanics, but they are quite straightforward, but at the same time they had a positive impact on user perception.

Conclusion

It was very funny that I then received offers for similar tasks from competitors. I think I have achieved the desired result. And yet I would like to note that the initiative and sometimes a non-trivial view of the task can even make something much cooler out of the bonus questionnaire.
